What happens after I reach out?
I will respond in 24-48 hours. I will reply via email and ask to set up a time for a Google Meet. If you have any questions you would like to ask first you may do so via email. Once the meeting is over I will send over an official Quote.
I’ve said yes to you as my coordinator, now what?
I will send over a contract and an invoice. There is a 20% non-refundable down payment due to reserve your date. You can reach out to me with any questions or updates during the time leading up to the Big day!
How soon do you step in to help
I will check in a month out from your date to confirm details and to see if anything has changed from our first meeting. If you have had any questions in the meantime you are able to reach out and I will help in any way I can. You can also give my contact information to your vendors from the moment I am officially your coordinator.
What time will you be there and when do you leave?
I am typically there before your first vendor and I leave after the last vendor has left. The exception to this is possibly your photographer since they are usually with you all day and during your getting ready time.
I will need you at my rehearsal as well, is that a problem?
Not at all! I can be there to help decide the timing of everyone as they walk down the aisle and then to practice it so we are all ready for your Wedding day! I will then cue everyone on the day of to make sure there are no gaps and everything flows smoothly.
